At the end of October, I hosted This is Farming in Parliament – a brilliant event that brought farmers and rural organisations into the heart of Westminster. It was an opportunity to hear directly from those working on the land about the challenges they face and the pride they take in feeding the nation.

Farming is central to West Berkshire’s economy and way of life – but family farms are under threat from harmful tax changes and lack of support. I’m standing up for our farmers in Westminster.
