It was a privilege to visit the Destination EXPO careers fair at Newbury College, meet many of the organisations taking part, and see so many students exploring their future pathways.

We marked National Fish and Chip Day with a local vote to find Newbury and West Berkshire’s favourite fish and chip shop. After a great response from residents, I visited The Avon Fish Bar to present them with this year’s winner’s certificate. A great way to celebrate the work of our local hospitality industry.
