Newbury’s Favourite Chippy - Vote for Yours!

Fish and chips are a beloved part of British culture, and here in Newbury and West Berkshire we’re lucky to have so many brilliant local chippies serving up this national favourite.

Ahead of National Fish and Chip Day on Thursday 6th June, I’m launching a fun community campaign to crown Newbury’s Favourite Chippy and I need your help!

You can vote using the short online form here. I’ll get a certificate to the winner and feature them in my newsletter and on social media.

I’ve also written to local fish and chip shops to thank them for all they do, supporting local jobs, feeding families, and being part of our high streets.
