Spotlight on Young Artists

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been lucky enough to receive some wonderful pieces of artwork from local schools, and I have to say, I’m truly overwhelmed by the talent, imagination, and creativity on display.
This month, I’m delighted to feature this amazing picture drawn by Yalini, Year 3, from St Nicolas C of E Junior School in Newbury. It’s a joyful, colourful design that has really brightened up my office, and I’m sure it will bring a smile to everyone who sees it.
I’d love to see even more artwork from across our community. Whether you’re at school, home-educated, part of a club, or just enjoy drawing in your spare time, please feel free to send your creations my way. They don’t have to be linked to any particular event, just something you’ve enjoyed making and would like to share.
These pictures don’t just brighten my workspace, they’re a wonderful reminder of the creativity and spirit that makes Newbury and West Berkshire so special. Keep them coming!
